At Ikigai Reformer Pilates, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate all our clients and to ensure smooth operation of our schedule, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of the session as detailed below.
3. Re-booking Requirements
If you need to cancel a session, you are required to re-book a new session immediately. This ensures that you can still enjoy the benefits of our Pilates classes and helps us manage our schedule effectively.
4. No-show Policy
Failure to cancel a session and no attend the session (no-show), will be treated the same as a late cancellation and the session may be forfeited.

6. Cancellation Fee
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session and a new session is not booked immediately, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booked session may apply.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). Please contact us directly to discuss any special situations.
